Is very rare, because I am using the same model in other instalation and don't have any problem, runs perfect.

I will change to another modem again :-)  I send the results, thanks again..

This is an issue with the modem, most likely.  It's really not behaving
like it should.  It's probably a firmware bug... and thus you'd need to
avoid the chipset firmware version... maybe contact the modem
manufacturer about it?
