In May there was a change to hylafax.org's faxmail to "make it do what 
most people expect":

Meeting this expectation apparently involved removing faxmail's 
mail-to-Postscript conversion functionality:

"This changes faxmail to be a mail2fax gateway program instead of an e-mail 
Postscript formatter."

Please use HylaFAX+ 5.1.8 (http://hylafax.sourceforge.net) which retains 
the mail-to-Postscript utility as well as the HylaFAX client functionality.
