The log says, basically, that the sender transmitted 117 frames, and 
then we didn't get anything else until either the sender hung up nearly 
1 minute later or the modem timed out internally and did.

In V.34 faxing the sender *MUST* transmit RCP frames ... otherwise the 
receiver really has a more difficult time knowing when to go and listen 
for PPS.

It looks to me like this sender doesn't send RCP frames.  Is this always 
the case with this sender?
