Sorry, I misunderstood your question.

From my look at the code it's "JPARM FAXNUMBER <number>" for the 
from-fax-number variable, but possibly also "JPARM TSI <number>".  The 
"to" number would be "JPARM DIALSTRING <number>" or "JPARM EXTERNAL 
<number>".
