I have exacly the same problem here, with Centos 5.0, and i have the
same problem to solve as you have, the attachements already have the
cover page.

If you use the "clean" in the headers, or you use the old options like
"-N -T -n", you get the problem too.

Can this be a bug, in 4.4.1?

Please devels, help to solve this out.
