Hi Michael,

The responses to that ATi commands would tell us which of the Agere chipsets
you are using.... but assuming it's Venus then try;

AT+VCID=1 (formatted)
AT+VCID=2 (unformatted)

Can you confirm that the only difference you see is "MESG=" not "MESG" ?
