guys, it works! i re-make the configurations and a call to the extension (exten => 1,1,Dial(IAX2/iaxfax), and the song of a fax rings ( hehe =) ). now a need to know how to configure the extensions to receive and send fax, the directorys, the varibels.

Set ServerTracing to 0xFFFFF in config.ttyIAX0, and show us the logs of
faxgetty hearing the rings.  It it's hearing them, they will show up in
syslog.  If it's not reading the RINGS you'll have to go back and make
sure that the correct faxgetty is talking to the correct iaxmodem
device, etc.
