What happens at the destination? Nothing? Does it ring or otherwise show an incoming connection? Error message? Empty page? Did you try to send a fax to other destination numbers? Did you try other documents? A tiff file can have several different formats. Maybe c2faxsend cannot use this TIFF file. On my system I found out that c2faxsend does not support 2D compression. IIRC it sends empty pages if I use 2D. That's why I have "Use2D: no" in my config. As you called c2faxsend directly this HylaFAX configuration is not (yet) related to your problem. To avoid TIFF format problems I suggest you try to send a document you have received with c2faxrecv. My experience shows that capi4hylafax seems to have problems with certain fax receivers, especially computer fax systems.
