That depends what you mean by "day" and what you mean by "fax". If you mean 24 hour days and one-page faxes, then it will roughly take you 1000 minutes (16 hours) to do that. Divide that time by the number of ports you use.

Of course, if your page image data is smaller than normal, or if you're using a V.34-Fax capable modem or JBIG support or other time-saving features, then you can improve your time as well.

There are a lot of factors that would influence the answer to your question.
