What does the users machine do ?  Does it report an error ?

 

Please set the logging to 0xfff and then post the detailed logs here.

 

It would also help to know more about the modem, it’s firmware (use Minicom to send commands ATi0 to ATi11), and the type of lines in use at both ends of the call (analog, ISDN, VoIP, etc).

Is there any problem, because user cannot recive fax, line is ringing, fax is answering, hyla is doing something for 1,11 minute and here is the log:
