Terrific.  So now tell your Nortel to send all calls, regardless of 
number dialed, to a HylaFAX-run voice-modem.  Tell your Nortel to signal 
the original number dialed via DTMF after the HylaFAX modem goes 
off-hook.  Then HylaFAX receives it, and you can do whatever you want 
from there to get it to the final destination.
