Do you have high enough logging to show anything?
grep 'JOB 58010' from your hfaxd syslogging.
I would guess that these files are being created by hfaxd and something strange is happening before it get's to writing/submitting them. Hopefully some hfaxd logs might throw some light on what is happening.
