How can I modify the email address of faxes sent via FaxDispatch ?

Actually it is:

FAX Agent [fax@xxxxxxxxx]

Which are the files/entries to modify in order to modify this into

Another user [anotheruser@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx]
