It means that the receiver signalled a disconnection after the page data was sent. If this is programatically reproducible then it is something to be concerned about. You say that this did not happen at all in 4.2.5?

This is correct. I never had such kind of errors in 4.2.5. Moreover I have enclosed the log of a fax-session to the same recepient, only a couple of days ago, which was successfully transmitted. It is very unlikely, but not impossible, that the recepient has changed the configuration. But anyway this should not cause this inconvenience.
