You've "answered" the phone, HylaFAX is no longer looking for CallID
information.

If your modem  only sends callid after the call is answered, you are
going to need to play with:
	ModemRingResponse
So you can "ATA" after then ring, collect the DID information, and then
move to "answer" the call.
