FROMADDR is used consistently in HylaFAX+ 5.0.3.

But if you stay with 4.3.0 you should be able to edit 
/var/spool/hylafax/bin/faxrcvd and make change the sendmail invocation 
that doesn't have -f$FROMADDR to use it instead of the -ffax or whatever 
it's using now.
