Which 4.2 release are you using?  4.2.5?

I would suggest that you upgrade to HylaFAX+ 5.0.2, and try again in 
Class 1.

The error messages that you're seeing in Class 1 and Class 2 are analogous.

Is the receiver actually getting the page and printing it out?  Can you 
provide the session log with SessionTracing at 0xFFF?
