Under a confined testing environment I have confirmed they work just fine under HylaFax, as well as under VMware - since they are IP-based they are platform independent. Plus, you get to keep using your current MT modems. Should be an even-cost-wash when using two modems, maybe a cost-saver if you have more modems and you purchase a unit with more ports. Make sure your O.S. is supported for their driver, although they will still help you out if it isn't specifically mentioned on their requirements page. They give great support. Don't bother looking at other brands, my testing of Quatek's adapters showed Equinox's are far superior.
