[hylafax-users] send problem

My customer has a strange problem with a fax:
he try to send a .pdf file to a number, but the fax, after sent to
hylafax server, disappear immediately from the "send" queue and it
*doesn't* go to the done queue (for example with the fail field and a
reason)!
The very strange thing is that the same .pdf file, sent to me, work!

The servertracing 0xfff show that the send ftp schema are the same on
both sends and no errors are shown.

I also tried to remove the info/*faxnumber* files presents, but it the
same...

What can I do?

Hylafax are the last deb unstable (4.3.1)
