[hylafax-users] Inbound fine, "No local dialtone" on outbound

We're using an 8-port eicon ISDN card and the eicon server 8.2

Inbound FAXes are working perfectly, but when I try to send outbound,
I'm seeing this:

I'm connected to an Avaya switch ...

Any ideas of something special necessary to get outgoing FAXes working
with this configuration?
