Show me a session log (/var/spool/hylafax/log/).

Do you not want HylaFAX to send any notification mails at all?  This 
would seem a bit odd.  Let me know what you're really trying to accomplish.

Yes, in your FaxDispatch file just set SENDTO based on $DEVICE.  See:
