Hmm.. There is a discrepency in the headers.  The faxrcvd templates
have:
	etc/templates/faxrcvd-success.txt:From: FAX Agent <$FROMADDR>
	etc/templates/de/faxrcvd-success.txt:From: HylaFAX Empfang <$FROMADDR>
	etc/templates/es/faxrcvd-success.txt:From: Servidor de Fax HylaFAX <$FROMADDR>
	etc/templates/fr/faxrcvd-success.txt:From: HylaFAX <$FROMADDR>
	etc/templates/it/faxrcvd-success.txt:From: Server fax HylaFAX <$FROMADDR>
	etc/templates/pl/faxrcvd-success.txt:From: Serwer faxów HylaFAX <$FROMADDR>
	etc/templates/pt/faxrcvd-success.txt:From: Servidor de fax HylaFAX <$FROMADDR>
	etc/templates/pt_BR/faxrcvd-success.txt:From: Servidor de fax HylaFAX <$FROMADDR>
	etc/templates/ro/faxrcvd-success.txt:From: FAX Agent <$FROMADDR>

The notify templates have:
	etc/templates/notify-done.txt:From: $FROMADDR
	etc/templates/de/notify-done.txt:From: $FROMADDR
	etc/templates/es/notify-done.txt:From: $FROMADDR
	etc/templates/fr/notify-done.txt:From: $FROMADDR
	etc/templates/it/notify-done.txt:From: $FROMADDR

	etc/templates/pt_BR/notify-done.txt:From: $FROMADDR

Should we be altering all the templates, and what should it be for the
default one?  "FAX Agent", or "HylaFAX Agent", which seems to be more in
line with what the other languages use...
