OK, thanks!  The errors I kept seeing w/r to notifications (or rather
the lack thereof) in the prior release candidates have been fixed!

One minor observation:

	Notifications to Faxmaster of incoming faxes are sent with
	this Header:
		
		From: FAX Agent <fax@xxxxxxx>

        Notification to users of failed outgoing faxes, or of successful
        incoming faxes, are sent with this Header:

		From: fax@xxxxxxx

Can we have the first format used for all emailed messages?
