A better simpler approar are to move the 0, in the dialing command,
i've added in config.ttySXX a:

 # Siamo dietro un centralino, aggiungiamo 0, ...
 #
 ModemDialCmd:           ATX3DT0,%s

(X3 it is needed only with some modem brand/revision/...)
