[hylafax-users] How to add a "0" to all fax numbers

I need to send faxes adding a 0 to all dialed numbers...
so that:

People send a fax to 091890XXXX,
the modem send the fax to 0091890XXXX.

I think I need to modify /etc/dialrules.. but how?

Besides, i use this http://winprinthylafax.sourceforge.net/ as Windows
Client. How can i send the same fax to more than 1 people?
