The quality of the received image was unacceptable according to your configuration settings, and so HylaFAX transmitted an "RTN" signal which requires says that the previously received page was not received properly and that to receive any more pages a retrain must occur.
The sender in this case just sent the "DCN" (disconnect) signal, probably because it's incapable of retransmitting pages.
