My guess would be the four above lines.  I would take them to mean that 
there were multiple (it appears 14) bad lines in the transmission and 
that exceeded the current configuration (which seems to be 5) for 
accepting the fax.

I'm new to reading Hylafax logs, so I could be completely off base.
