Please say model number and part number - they should be on labels on the   
modem itself but if they've gone missing, get them from ATI commands. If   
they're the same as any of the 4 USR modems we use then I will send you   
our settings. Be aware you MUST upgrade to the latest firmware to have   
success with these - it's available on the USR web site. Also post a   
session log for a failed attempt.
