4 things: 

1. The password does not match

2. The authentication type does not match i.e. you have specified auth=md5
in iax.conf when the password is passed in plaintext

3. host=dynamic or host=IP address of IAX modem, must be explicitly set

4. Typo in iax.conf, I do it all the time.

So I'm getting to my box and * is rejecting me on a cause 50 ("No
Authority").

  Any clues what that means??
