No way.. same error with 2/3 faxes out of 50 on hylafax 4.3.0.
How do I get rid of this? Maybe I can try to plug in another modem? I'm unable to find a firmware upgrade for this Agere OCM

Ugh. Replacing the port used by the modem was not that big deal, the problem persists.
I'll sure try an upgrade.. problem is, being on debian stable the last stable version of hylafax-server available in the repository is 4.2.1. I'll try to upgrade to the unstable branch, where I see there's 4.3.0 available.. thank you too.
