Thanks for your reply, Lee.

I put the ModemResetCmds in because RingsBeforeAnswer: 1 did not turn on
auto-answer, and after a solid hour of Googling, this appeared to be the
only way that I could see to force AA to be enabled.

So how do I actually enable auto-answer in this case?
