Correct.  "RingsBeforeAnswer: 1" tells faxgetty to answer the call after 
the first RING message from the modem.

As I tried to say before, HylaFAX isn't designed to work with modem 
auto-answering.  HylaFAX wants to answer with ATA based on RING messages.
