The one looks like a non-fax call.  If, indeed, a fax machine was 
calling then the modem didn't "hear" the sender's signals.

The first part looks like the problems that you were having before.  It 
pretty much looks like the sender is hanging up, but it's hard to say.

There is a buglett right there at the end - that second timeout - but 
it's not the root cause of the problem.  (I suspect that the buglett has 
been fixed already in 4.3.0 ... or at least in hylafax+.  If you were 
running 4.3.0 and it happened then I would look into the code to 
verify.  But it's not a big deal, really.)
