HylaFAX The world's most advanced open source fax server |
Ok I have removed the Class1RSPersistence:1 from the config file and restarted the services and the faxgetty. Ok with the voice call I problem I reviewed the error reports I have been receiving and have found that all but one have been from the same location. The one that was not that location tried repeatly to reconnect with the last error and I suspect that the change I just made will fix it. I haveno way to test this before tonight but I will test it once I have staff on shift there. The other location has been complaining for problems I have attached the last two error log that I know came from that fax call. Can you please review those and let know if they both show as Voice calls I'm not sure what to look for. This location has a HP LaserJet 3200 and I am wondering if it may be the problem.
