[hylafax-users] How to debug a fax in "W" state

Hi,
I've been using HylaFax for a while now with no problems. I've been
using the TkHylaFax app as a frontend for sending it and that's also
working great. Recently I tried out JHylaFax and it seems to work well
except for one thing. When I send a fax it appears that the job queues
correctly, all of the documents and the cover page get transferred to
the server, but then the job show "W" for state. I've tried faxalter,
restarting hylafax/faxq/faxgetty and nothing gets it out of wait.
However, if I submit a second job through TkHylaFax suddenly both jobs
go. I'm guessing that something in the way JHylaFax is submitting the
job is goofing the server, but I haven't been able to figure out what it
is in any of the logs. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've been
reading lists and FAQs ad nauseum and I'm at a dead end.

Thanks,

Derek
