[hylafax-users] Hylafax, RH EL 4 and AVM Frith!PCI v2.0 - no go?
Hi,
I have a huge problem with the above combination and can't get it to
work - it accepts an incoming call, it dials for an outgoing call, but
FAX transmission is never successfull - it alway ends with:
Apr 10 12:35:50.47: [10966]: c2faxrecv - INFO: SESSION BEGIN 000000037
+386.4.5025199

controller 1 from 0022340853 to 199.

"" "199"'.
Apr 10 12:36:43.01: [10966]: c2faxrecv - INFO: Connection is droped with
reason 0x3490 (Normal call clearing).
Apr 10 12:36:43.01: [10966]: c2faxrecv - INFO: SESSION END
To get this far, I used a source RPM for SuSE (hylafax-4.2.1), which
includes a lot of CAPI related patches and capi4hylafax. I also compiled
capi4k-utils (some files conflict with RedHat isdn4k-utils - but the
original doesn't work with AVM Fritz at all). I also compiled the latest
AVM supplied driver (fcpci.ko).
So, has anyone gotten further?
Thanks, Danilo
PS: I have a 'reference' server based on SuSE, where the same ISDN card
works OK - so I'm pretty sure the Hylafax setup is OK...
