[hylafax-users] Dial Rules

hi Lee,

can u help me put a dial rule for UAE.
00971-4-2620212
The actual problem is when i am trying to dial a number inside UAE,the
last number get trimmed(i noticed it from the output of faxstat).

but when i am relacing the 00 with a + it works .
how can i get rid of the problem.
