Oh, okay.  I misunderstood.

It would be an interesting survey result to know how many HylaFAX users 
are in the same area code and exchanges.  I would be rather surprised to 
find many cases where there is more than one.

For telco folks, there is a really interesting user group at

That discuss all things related to calling areas and such.  They have a 
really cool database found at:

 http://www.localcallingguide.com/

That will do the same as will the front of your phone book.

Someone should easily be able to write a web application that would go 
here, fetch the results, and show the browser a dialrules file.
