[hylafax-users] Could not open recvq/fax000001396.tif; either not TIFF or corrupted.

Good morning... Hylafax is working perfectly, but
now we have recieved a PDF file which cannot be opened. 
Here's the log that we receive...... 
Does anybody know if the sender has recieved an OK
or an ERROR ????????
It won't be very good if the sender recieved an OK..
