Hi Stefan,

Thanks for your reply. But I am afraid that it doesn't help much, we 
don't use outlook nor ms exchange. We use postfix, courier-imapd and 
thunderbird clients.

Changed it to pdf filetype tought, and no errors seem to be happening now.
