Re: [hylafax-users] Rockforce Quadro+ - 1 port hangs

Hi Anton,

I talked with you briefly today on the phone.

You should fill out the form on the www.mainpine.com/support  page and we can get to work on your issue as soon as possible.

This will provide us vital information to solving your problem, including  the board serial number and firmware revision.

The problem you are describing does not sound like a malfunctioning board, so we should be able to fix your problems through the support process.

Thanks Anton,

Andrew
After reboot all 4 ports are back to "Running and idle".

I've called today Mainpine , did I talk to you or someone else?
Should I fill out the form on the site and/or start RMA process?

Anton
