In HylaFAX 4.2.5.2 (Sourceforge repository) there is a DestControls "owner" feature which allows you to limit matches to certain job owners. Meaning that you can use a DestControls entry to set various job parameters based on the job owner. Since you're discussing c2faxsend and not faxsend, I'm not sure which parameters c2faxsend will accept for controlling the MSN, however.
