faxd/faxApp.c++ intentionally redefines _fxassert.

Try backing out the patches (973 and 976) on:

 http://bugs.hylafax.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=291

My guess is that the changes to non-Solaris stuff in these patches is 
the matter.  Let me know how that goes.
