Grep out the faxrcvd entries from your system log.  Go to the 
/var/spool/hylafax directory.  Then run the last faxrcvd entry by hand 
from the command prompt, but precede it with "sh -x ".  Then look at the 
output, pay attention to the very top of the output where the CALLIDn 
entries are being set.  You'll probably see some error message there.  
Let's see what it says.

The only even somewhat relevant change, that I can immediately see, in 
4.2.4 was this one:

I guess try backing out the changes and see how it goes?
