Can't find either of these anywhere. That remote system will be
using the default settings.

My custom cover pages always have:

   %%PageBoundingBox: 27 648 268 808

The current cover.templ in /etc/hylafax has:

   %%BoundingBox: 21 3 588 788

(and I've never modified that).

Maybe it would be an interesting idea to try and modify the
/etc/hylafax/faxmail.ps file. It looks real simple. Perhaps I
could modify it with information that would usually be found
in a cover page; I could use it to give every page something
like a header with a logo, names and fax numbers. This would
be more like what I was hoping for in the first place.

Does this sound feasible to you?
