Re: [hylafax-users] 4.2.2 & Mainpine not working

I found the problem but do not know how to resovle it yet.

I have this these parameter in the /etc/sysctl.conf file.
For some reason it only can set two port at the reboot.

setserial /dev/ttyS4 port 0xAC80 irq 16 autoconfig ^fourport
setserial /dev/ttyS5 port 0xAC88 irq 16 autoconfig ^fourport
setserial /dev/ttyS6 port 0xAC90 irq 16 autoconfig ^fourport
setserial /dev/ttyS7 port 0xAC98 irq 16 autoconfig ^fourport
setserial /dev/ttyS8 port 0xACA0 irq 16 autoconfig ^fourport
setserial /dev/ttyS9 port 0xACA8 irq 16 autoconfig ^fourport
setserial /dev/ttyS10 port 0xACB0 irq 16 autoconfig ^fourport
setserial /dev/ttyS11 port 0xACB8 irq 16 autoconfig ^fourport
setserial /dev/ttyS4 set_multiport port1 0xACE0 mask1 0xFF
match1 0x00

After I set them to the above values and run fadaddmodem.
This is what I got.

[root@gabrielle software]# faxaddmodem
Serial port that modem is connected to []? ttyS5
Sorry, the device is currently in use by another program.

How do I disable and reserve the address and IRQ for this
modem?
