Thanks for your reply Chris, but the problem it's quite different now
using the native kernel driver. After recompiling kernel dmesg reports me:

...and i'm quite sure i've enabled the right modules, following your
instrucion in an old post.
Following your instruction, i've seen that i forget an important option
in the kernel, "audio capabilities and the ability for class 1 and 2 fax
modem", so i've tried again melware.de driver. This time hylafax
recognized my modem as a class2 modem (i WAS so excited...), so i've
launched faxgetty and hylafax then i have sent a fax to my server but
the problem persist in receinving fax. This time i think it could be a
configuration problem, the server seems won't answer to incoming call.
Any idea?
