I have the mail2fax gateway up and running.  We are using postfix as our MTA.  We have any email sent to number@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx routed to the fax server.  It works very well.  except the email body and the from and to information is used as the first page of the fax.  We want to remove the first page so that only the attachment is sent to the fax.
