Re: [hylafax-users] minimum Hardware requirement

Currently I am running Hylafax 4.2.1 on PC: one CPU 2.8 GHz and 512Mb memory
There are two software internal fax modems. Total faxes a day are about 400.
Is it OK or should I boost more CPU power or memory ?
Thanks,
Josh
One of our Hylafax servers is still in a Pentium MMX, 0.166 GHz (i.e.
166 MHz), 96 Mb of memory, 2 PCI hardware modems (only 1 outgoing), and
on the busy days (once per week or so) it sends 400-600 faxes. So
unless running the software part of the modems uses 2.633 GHz, I think
you might be okay.
