I've read on several threads of users having difficulty with this modem (USR 5610 rev 01). I was just curious if there is any known way to get around the "No response to PPS repeated 3 times." issue as this server is already in production and I do not want to replace all 3 modems in it. I'm getting the same issues as described in the two links below.
